An IP and MAC address is a number that is assigned to your computer automatically when you use the internet. When you use our Service, our servers log your IP and MAC address. We may use your IP and MAC address to help diagnose problems with our Service, and to administer our Service.

Data Storage

Data is stored ‘on premise’ in a private cloud. The infrastructure is owned and managed by IMS and located in an industry leading, secure data centre. We use the latest in technologies and standards to ensure that data is secure and always available. If you do not login in to a IMS venue for more than 13 months, all personally identifiable data we store about you is deleted.

Who may use your data

Your data may be used by the owner of the venue you visited. Your data may also be provided to regulatory bodies where we are under a legal obligation to do this, to protect our own rights or if we feel someone’s safety is at risk
